Proposez-vous des cabines téléphoniques de bureau à la location ?
Oui, nos cabines sont disponibles en location longue durée, de 24 à 60 mois. Les mensualités démarrent à 68 EUR HT/mois pour une Island Solo, avec option d'achat à 1 EUR en fin de contrat.
Faut-il faire des travaux pour installer une cabine dans un open space ?
Aucun travaux nécessaire. L'installation prend environ 30 minutes et requiert uniquement une prise 220V standard. La cabine peut être déplacée ou démontée ensuite selon l'évolution de vos espaces.
Comment impliquer les collaborateurs dans le processus ?
Organiser des points d’information réguliers, partager le planning, demander des retours sur les besoins (espaces, équipements, flex office). Impliquer les équipes en amont réduit les résistances et facilite l’appropriation des nouveaux locaux.
Quelle est la différence entre vos quatre modèles de cabines acoustiques ?
Nos quatre modèles se distinguent par leur usage. L'Island Solo se prête aux appels et visios rapides en position debout. L'Island Desk accueille les sessions de travail assis prolongées. L'Island Duo est pensée pour les entretiens à deux ou les réunions restreintes. L'Island Quattro permet de tenir des réunions d'équipe jusqu'à quatre personnes. Les tarifs varient selon la taille et la capacité.
Vos cabines sont-elles vraiment fabriquées en France ?
Oui, toutes nos cabines sont fabriquées en France (Vendée), avec certification Origine France Garantie et B Corp 2025. Les matériaux sont aussi sourcés éco-responsables : bois PEFC, isolant Métisse (textiles recyclés, environ 40 jeans par Island Solo), verre trempé recyclé.
Est-il possible de tester une cabine avant d'acheter ?
Oui, via 19 showrooms en Europe (dont 9 en France) pour tester en conditions réelles. Pour une première commande, Work With Island propose aussi 100 jours d'essai satisfait ou remboursé, frais de retour inclus.
