What is WEFY Group?
WEFY Group is a generalist HR consultancy that helps start-ups, SMEs and large companies with all their HR challenges through our three main areas of expertise: recruitment, freelance and interim management.
What is your role in the company?
In addition to my role as co-founder, I also manage the group team and support functions, particularly HR. I'm very involved on a day-to-day basis, so I'm keen to create an environment for our employees where they can work in a calm, comfortable environment and be productive every day.
What was your situation before you bought the cabins?
We've always prioritised a pleasant working environment, so we've put a lot of effort into creating warm communal areas and dynamic open spaces. However, over time we realised that we needed more intimate and quiet workspaces.
Why did you choose Work With Island?
Initially we chose them for the quality of the acoustic booths and also for their aesthetics, which allowed us to maintain the character of our offices. There was excellent communication with the supplier regarding the installation date, and they were very professional when it came to installing them here in the office. What was supposed to take two days was completed in just one day, and it was done perfectly.
