Can you introduce yourself ?
I am Estela Sánchez, People Business Manager and Onboarding Specialist. Among my main tasks, I am in charge of the headquarters here in Madrid.
What was the office’s main problem?
With the rapid growth we're experiencing, it's mainly a lack of space. We really like our office, and installing acoustic booths was a way of using the space we have to make the office more practical.
Why did you decide to install booths?
We decided to install acoustic booths in the office because we wanted to maintain the privacy of our employees when they were on the phone or in meetings with other people.
How have the acoustic booths contributed to your working environment?
- The booths have contributed to our workspace by opening up our meeting rooms to more people, making them more available. They also give us the opportunity to hold impromptu calls, as employees can use the booths whenever they’re available.
How did the delivery and installation of the booths go?
The delivery and installation of the booths were flawless. Right from the start, there was very good communication with the supplier about the installation date. They were very professional when it came to installing them here in the office, and what was supposed to take two days was done in just one day—and to perfection.
What do you think about our booths?
In terms of the design, lighting, and ventilation of the booths, we love them because they’re perfectly adapted to our needs. We also like the aesthetics, as they fit in very well with the office space and blend seamlessly with the work environment.
