From Paris to Madrid
Fever, the leading platform for discovering experiences: restaurants, concerts, parties, sports events, shows, etc. With a large open-plan office and few meeting rooms, the company turned to Work With Island to provide its employees with a calm and serene workspace.
The company recently moved to new offices in Madrid. The beautiful setting is none other than the former British Embassy in Madrid. Converted into offices, this circular building was a logistical challenge, but what a privilege to see our booths installed in such a special environment.
It was in these offices that Mrs Szczygielska, FEVER's Workplace Manager, welcomed us to discuss our products and services.
Can you tell us about Fever?
Fever is a company whose mission is to democratize access to culture and provide our users with unique leisure and entertainment experiences.
What issues did you want to solve by installing booths?
We wanted to improve the scheduling of meeting rooms because, since there are many of us here, the demand for reserving rooms was always very high. On the other hand, we also wanted to maintain a focused and quiet atmosphere in the office.
How have the Island booths improved your workspaces?
They allow us to hold calls and meetings in a much quieter, more peaceful, and private environment. And since the booths isolate sound very well, they have also helped maintain silence in the open space where most of us work.
How was the delivery and installation of the booths in your office?
Honestly, it was very easy, efficient, and fast, just like the communication with the Work with Island team throughout the entire process, from order to delivery.
Do the booths complement your meeting rooms?
Smaller meetings, like one-to-ones, can easily be held in the booths without needing to reserve a larger room.
