The purchase made on the site www.workwithisland.com published by the company WORK WITH ISLAND implies without reserve the acceptance of the following stipulations:

ARTICLE 2 – APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Before placing your order, you declare that you have fully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept the rights and obligations relating thereto.

Any order by the Customer therefore implies acceptance of all of these general conditions.

ARTICLE 3 – FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT.

Any order made on the site www.workwithisland.com implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the specific contractual conditions which may be concluded between the Parties.

Before validating his Order, the Buyer has the possibility of checking the details of his draft order and correcting any errors.

The distance selling contract is concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms his order by clicking on the " Validate payment " button.

He is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the order in question and in particular these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the fact that his order implies a payment obligation on his part, the prices, volumes, characteristics , quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and purchased.

Once this step has been validated, the Buyer will no longer be able to cancel his order.

The sale will be final, subject to the exercise by the Buyer of his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in article 10 of these General Conditions of Sale.

The Order will be confirmed to the Buyer by e-mail. Another e-mail will inform him of the day of dispatch of his order.

The WORK WITH ISLAND company recommends that the Buyer keep his e-mails on paper or computer. The Buyer is informed that e-mails are sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. Also, in the event of an error in entering the e-mail address concerned, or non-receipt of the order confirmation message, the responsibility of the company WORK WITH ISLAND cannot be engaged. In this case the sale will be considered final.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND reserves the right to suspend or cancel any execution of an Order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum which would be due by the buyer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the site www.workwithisland.com .

In case of collection of an order for which a product would prove to be unavailable at the time of delivery, the company WORK WITH ISLAND undertakes to notify the customer and to offer him a new delivery date as soon as possible or a refund within a maximum period of two days after the order cancellation request.

ARTICLE 4 – COUNTRY OF DELIVERY.

The products sold by WORK WITH ISLAND can be shipped to the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg (hereinafter the “Countries”).

ARTICLE 5 – PRICE.

The prices indicated on the site www.workwithisland.com are in euros excluding taxes and include shipping and logistics costs to metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Delivery prices correspond to delivery from Monday to Friday.

With regard to other countries, the prices indicated include VAT but the shipping and logistics costs are the responsibility of the buyer; they are specified when ordering.

If people in a country other than the Countries wish to place an order on the www.workwithisland.com site, we recommend that they contact our Customer Service to find out the applicable price and the terms and conditions of delivery.

If the current VAT rate were to be modified, the prices of the items could be modified accordingly, without the customer being informed beforehand.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND reserves the right to modify its prices without notice and at any time, it being specified that invoicing is at the rate in force at the time of registration and acceptance of the order.

The products remain the property of WORK WITH ISLAND until full payment of the price, which, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, is payable in full and in one go.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND reserves the right to cancel or not to validate an order for which the payment or the payment of a previous order from the same customer would present a dispute.


In the case of a delivery outside the European Union or in the DOM TOM, the buyer is considered as official importer and must respect the regulations of the country of reception of the goods. Any taxes and customs duties that are due when the package arrives at its destination are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. We are not required to provide you with the amount of such duties and taxes due.

ARTICLE 6 – CONFIRMATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ORDERS.

WORK WITH ISLAND undertakes to confirm each order placed by sending an email confirming that the order has been taken into account.

After sending the order confirmation email, the company WORK WITH ISLAND cannot guarantee the possibility for the customer to cancel the order.

If you have to make a modification or a cancellation, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND undertakes to then inform you of the various stages of your order and in particular of its dispatch.

ARTICLE 7 – PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND undertakes to describe its products as precisely as possible in its descriptions and on the various sections of the site www.workwithisland.com . If errors or omissions were noted concerning these presentations or the description of the products, the responsibility of the company WORK WITH ISLAND could not be engaged.

The photographs and illustrations do not enter the contractual field either.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY.

Packages are shipped and delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering on the site www.workwithisland.com .

The delivery times indicated on the site correspond to the average times observed for shipping and delivery, in working days and do not correspond to a contractual commitment.


The prices for deliveries outside the countries where WORK WITH ISLAND offers delivery are indicated when placing the order.

The buyer's attention is drawn to the fact that for areas outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees may be claimed by the carrier.

The customer is responsible for the information he transmits and validates and an increase may be required in the event of inaccuracy in the delivery information.

ARTICLE 9 – PAYMENT.

9.1. Means of payment.

After adding the desired product to the basket, validating the amount, then entering the information relating to delivery and payment, the customer validates the choice and the information by clicking on the " Validate payment " icon.

This final validation of the order entails full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Payment for purchases is made by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our partner STRIPE or in 4 instalments via our partner ALMA.

Certain other methods of payment such as bank transfers may be accepted, but the dispatch of the customer's order will only be possible upon firm receipt of the amount of the order. To pay by bank transfer, follow the procedure after entering your delivery information.

9.2. Verification of payments.

In order to protect themselves from fraudsters, the WORK WITH ISLAND team checks each of the orders made.

To this end, and before shipping your order, WORK WITH ISLAND reserves the right to ask you for all the documents necessary to prove your identity or your delivery address (identity document, KBIS, proof of address, etc.).

These documents are requested by telephone or email, in particular for all new customers.

9.3. Payment security.

Payment security is provided by our partners STRIPE and ALMA, among the world leaders in the collection of bank card payments. These services integrate the SSL security standard. No confidential data (card number, expiry date or 3-digit code) is stored on the WORK WITH ISLAND servers. This data is directly transmitted encrypted to the servers of our partners.

The STRIPE and ALMA companies are telepayment managers and issue an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1365 and following of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 10 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

All items purchased on the WORK WITH ISLAND website can therefore be returned and refunded under the conditions defined below:

10.1. Eligibility for the x 100 day trial.

Except in special cases, all orders are eligible for a 100-day trial, which corresponds to a 100-day withdrawal period. The 100-day free trial is only valid on the first product ordered.

However, in cases where the customer has already made a return of a product of the same category, he no longer benefits from the free trial. The products ordered again can no longer be recovered by the company WORK WITH ISLAND and no refund can be made.

10.2. Deadline for returning an item.

The customer of WORK WITH ISLAND can exercise his right of withdrawal for a period of 100 days from the date of receipt of the item(s).

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the company WORK WITH ISLAND (see contact details on the site www.workwithisland.com ).

The terms and conditions for exercising this right of withdrawal are mentioned below.

10.3. Return conditions and condition of items.

Once the customer has contacted the company WORK WITH ISLAND to exercise his right of withdrawal, the latter will contact him to agree on the progress of the recovery of the product(s).

Return costs are fully borne by Work With Island at the sole expense of the buyer.

The original packaging is required for return.

Returned products must only show signs of normal use and be undamaged. WORK WITH ISLAND reserves the right to request photos before return. Products with, for example, excessive stains can therefore neither be taken back nor refunded.

10.4. Refund of returns

WORK WITH ISLAND will refund items returned within 30 days of receipt of said items.

Any damaged item that has not been the subject of comments or express reservations by the customer upon delivery will be refused.

ARTICLE 11 – COOKIES POLICY.

The Client expressly authorizes the company WORK WITH ISLAND to deposit a so-called " cookie " file on the client's hard drive.

The purpose of this “ cookie ” is to facilitate the collection of statistics, the recognition of the customer and his identification in the “ MY ACCOUNT ” space on the www.workwithisland.com site. A cookie does not allow us to identify you by name. In general, it records information relating to your browsing on our site, which we can read during your subsequent visits.

These data are strictly intended for internal use by WORK WITH ISLAND and are not communicated to third parties.

ARTICLE 12 - RESPONSIBILITY.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND has only an obligation of means in all stages of access to the site, visit, entry of forms, placing of orders, preparation of orders, delivery of orders, returns of products and reimbursements of orders to be reimbursed.

WORK WITH ISLAND cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network and outside the precautions taken by the company.

All cases of force majeure, external intrusion or presence of computer virus cannot engage the responsibility of the company WORK WITH ISLAND.

ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All images, photographs, illustrations and design as well as texts and comments reproduced on the site www.workwithisland.com are protected by copyright, trademark law and image rights for the whole world. .

These contents distributed on the site www.workwithisland.com are the full and entire property of the company WORK WITH ISLAND. As such, only use for private use and in compliance with the provisions of the intellectual property code is authorized.

Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is sanctioned under intellectual property.

Total or partial reproduction of the site www.workwithisland.com is strictly prohibited.

Any link, even tacitly authorized, referring to the www.workwithisland.com site or one of its satellite sites, must be removed on simple request from the company WORK WITH ISLAND.

ARTICLE 14 – WARRANTY CONDITIONS.

The products sold by the company WORK WITH ISLAND are covered by a full 2-year guarantee on all defects in material and workmanship.

The benefit of the guarantee must be requested by the purchaser of the product, having the invoice of the order. In order to benefit from the guarantee, the product must be able to be returned in good and clean condition.

In the event that a manufacturing defect is proven, the company WORK WITH ISLAND will replace the defective product at its expense with a new product.

ARTICLE 15 – YOUR LOGO

By ordering one or more products on the site www.workwithisland.com and accepting these general conditions, you authorize the company WORK WITH ISLAND to include the name and/or logo of your company on its website.

ARTICLE 16 – HANDLING OF DISPUTES.

The responsibility of the company WORK WITH ISLAND is, in any case, limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products and the performance of the service by the company WORK WITH ISLAND.

The company WORK WITH ISLAND cannot be held responsible, towards anyone, for any indirect damage, any operating loss, profit or turnover, occurring in any way whatsoever, even if this damage or this loss or damage was foreseeable by the company WORK WITH ISLAND, or if its eventuality had been brought to its attention.

In the event of a dispute arising with a client of WORK WITH ISLAND, the applicable law will be French law and the competent court will be the Paris Commercial Court.

WORK WITH ISLAND reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale and Use. Members who do not want contractual relations to be governed by the new version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use must notify this in writing and must stop using the services of WORK WITH ISLAND.

In the event that any term of the General Conditions of Sale and Use is considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions will remain in force.
